We stayed 1st to the 5th of June., after a break of 7 or 8 years since the last time. Angela and Bernard were, once again, the perfect hosts. Great, high quality room, and fabulous breakfasts. We'll be back !

Perfect B&B Stay, Ideal Base to Explore Cornwall - Rating 5/5

We have just enjoyed a very relaxing 6 night stay at Little Larnick Farm. I wanted something that was peaceful, relaxing and quite centrally situated to explore many areas of Cornwall this a perfect place to do that. The couple Barnard & Andrea were so welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay often advising of places to go and visit, nothing was to much trouble for them. The Room itself was lovely, perfectly adequate for my Family of 3. The grounds around the house were so picturesque. And the breakfast was fantastic every morning of our stay. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Cornwall....

Lovely and quiet, great views and breakfast - Rating 5/5

We stayed at Little Larnick Farm for three nights in August as part two of a weeks holiday, it was one of the few places that I could find with a room available. the drive in is through narrow lanes but we got used to it, just take it easy on the bends. In the end we found three ways in and out. The room was lovely (the Hayloft), we were upstairs (stairs not steep) and the room was well equipped with mini fridge, mini TV (only mini by comparison to home, everyone is used to a big TV now!), kettle and excellent Breakfast basket which was renewed every day. Bathroom was big (as was the room) and bed although hard was comfy. Spoke to the farmer and his wife and had a look round the farm, met the cows, the dog and the cat. Looe is minutes down the road and we liked the fact that car parks are free after 6pm so we could go for tea (fish and chips on the Quay, then ice cream, watch out for the seagulls). We went to Tor but the market was closed (open Wed, Sat, Sun, we went Thurs!), nice garden centre though, found a nice little bay (Talland Beach) with a nice cafe, again tight country lanes but that's what it's like down here. Went to Pencarrow House and Tea Room, very nice. Looe itself if looking a bit run down and had hen parries and stag do's, the harbour though is lovely. Wasn't beach weather but it does have a lovely beach, just a long walk from the car park. In summary we loved Little Larnick Farm as a base to explore and a place to relax after a long day out.

Fantastic Stay - Rating 5/5

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very comfy and clean. The bed was massive and we slept like logs. The en-suite bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was provided in the room buffet style with cereals croissants yoghurt, fruit and fruit juice. The hosts were lovely and the farm was in a very convenient place for touring the area and very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Long weekend break - Rating 5/5

The B&B was very clean and homely. We had a breakfast basket instead of cooked breakfast due to Covid restrictions which had lovely choices of cereal, croissants and fruit. Milk and fruit provided daily in the fridge with orange juice. Bed was so comfortable and had the best nights sleep in a while. The site is remote but it is easy to travel in car to Looe beach or Talland. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely stay and excellent base for exploring - Rating 5/5

We had a really nice time staying in Little Larnick Farm, it was very clean with good facilities (fridge and microwave) in the room as breakfast wasn't available due to Covid. An excellent base for exploring both Bodmin Moor and the coast near Looe - we did a circular 12 mile walk from the farm that took in Looe and Polperro and it was great! It's a real working farm so expect country lanes for accessing it - it's handy to be good at reversing if you want to drive around!
